Assurance Package

For a small fee of $25 per unit you get the following coverages:

1. Damage Assurance - An additional $2500 of coverage for tenant turnover costs
2. Eviction Assurance - We cover up to $5000 to remove the tenant out of the property. This includes attorney, court, sheriff fees, and removal costs.
3. Pet Assurance - We cover an additional $3000 of coverage for pet related damages
4. Rent Assurance - Covers 1 month of rent if a tenant is evicted by the courts
